We will monitor all your online work orders & take all the calls 24/7, 365 days a year, enter them into your software, provide troubleshooting tips, then dispatch them accordingly. If necessary, we will reassign the work order if the vendor isn’t responding or can’t get out there in a timely manner, then check in with the vendor & resident every couple days until the work order is completed. We will obtain Owner approvals as well as follow up with home warranties.
